  • 1. What is the difference between the PC & the Soundbox?

    The soundbox is a stand-alone unit typically used for single channels, such as shops, restaurants, gyms, or smaller venues.
    It doesn’t require a screen to operate, making it an ideal solution in terms of space and functionality.
    For managing multiple channels, we usually recommend using a PC or PCs. Managing channels via PC offers a range of functions not possible with just the Soundbox. Additionally, using a PC allows for easier management of playlists for events and on-demand playlists. Unlike the Soundbox, the PC setup enables real-time, instant changes to playlists.

  • ​2. Do I need to make any changes to my current sound system setup?

    You don't necessarily need to alter your existing sound system setup. However, we're more than happy to assess your current configuration and offer recommendations if any adjustments are beneficial. Additionally, we can provide guidance on selecting the ideal device to enhance your sound quality, tailored to your budget.

  • ​3. I connected the Soundbox, but I still cannot hear the music. What can I do?

    Connect a pair of headphones to the audio out. You should be able to hear music from the headphones. If so, unplug your headphones and reconnect the audio cable to the music player. If you don't hear music and it should be playing, contact us for further support.

  • 4. Is the music covered by copyrights?

    All music supplied for your personalized playlists is fully licensed and legal. The license covers the rights of reproduction and communication of the music selection we made.

    It does not, however, include the standard public performance licences that are required to play music at any venue, that each customer needs to arrange according to the local rules and regulations.

  • 5. Is it possible to remove tracks from the playlist?

    You just need to let us know the date, time and zone/channel where you heard the track, and we will remove it from the playlist. It will be helpful to us to also know the reason why you don’t want that track, and avoid similar tracks.

  • 6. When is my music update due?

    The music we supply is regularly updated by our music team. If you want to know when the next update is scheduled contact us to find out.
